Order of service booklets are created to provide wedding guests with a summary of the wedding ceremony proceedings, whether it be for a civil service or a church service.
Shape: Rectangle portrait booklet
Size: A5 when folded
Material: 300gsm card stock in the colour of your choice. Internal pages (if selected) are blank & made from 100gsm white matte paper.
Printing: Black digital ink for light coloured card stock & white digital ink for dark coloured card stock.
Envelope: 130mm x 190mm in the same colour as the vow booklet.
Assembly: The cover and pages are assembled with 2 staples.

This order of service booklet includes a thick 300gsm card cover in the colour of your choice which includes your names, wedding date and ceremony venue printed on the cover.
Inside includes printing on the inside covers, or you can choose to add 1 or 2 plain matte white 100gsm A4 folded page to create 4 or 8 possible printed pages for your ceremony proceedings.
The inside sheet(s) are stapled to the outside cover.
For full mass services, please add 2 sheets below to create a booklet with 8 possible printed pages.

1. ADD TO CART: Add your required quantity to your shopping cart and include the number of internal pages that you require.
How many do you need? It depends on your budget, but we suggest roughly 80% of your total guest count.
2. CHECKOUT: Check your shipping details and process payment to confirm your order. Free shipping is available or upgrade to express shipping for $15.00 Australia Wide.
3. WORDING SUBMISSION: You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order and also containing the wording link you will need to complete. (See the link here too)
4. ARTWORK REVIEW: Within 3 business days, White Cherry Invitations will then create your digital artwork for your invitation suite which will be emailed to you for your review and approval.
5. PRODUCTION: Once your artwork has been approved, allow up to 2 weeks for your stationery to be made.
6. SHIPPING: When your order is finished, you will receive a shipping notification including a tracking number advising that your goods are on their way.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will instantly receive an email with this wording artwork link for you to complete and submit. This will allow us to create your digital artwork for your stationery wording, which we will email to you to review and approve or provide any necessary changes.
