This website is operated by White Cherry Invitations. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to White Cherry Invitations. White Cherry Invitations offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
All prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD). The Goods and Services Tax is not applied and not required to be charged by White Cherry Invitations.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

IMPORTANT – Production, Approval Process and Timings
Production of your invitations takes approximately 2 – 3 weeks to complete. The process commences after we have received your order / deposit, approval on all artwork and receipt of your guest list (if applicable).
All artwork is designed by us and we will send you the digital artwork to you via email for your approval.
White Cherry Invitations prides ourselves to be fabulous proof-readers, however sometimes mistakes can happen. All digital artwork must be thoroughly reviewed by you to check that all spelling & grammar is correct. Please check it once, check it twice and check it for a third time lucky! All approved artwork is then considered correct and final which then commences the process of printing and assembly. After approval, which we require to receive from you via email, White Cherry Invitations accepts no responsibility for uncorrected errors in the artwork provided to you for approval.
If you require changes to your digital artwork, updates will be made to your digital artwork as many times that is required until you are happy to provide approval.
Your digital artwork will be designed once your deposit is paid and we do not begin to print your invitation details until we have received artwork proofing approval from you in writing. This must be received via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All artwork is approved by you before printing commences, if you approved a mistake, please note we cannot take responsibility for this.
For personalised invitations and stationery, guest names and address will be printed as per the guest list you supply to White Cherry Invitations. You will not be sent individual digital artworks for each guest invitation or stationery. A guest list template will be provided to you to complete.
Guest details and approvals for all coordinating day of/reception stationery is required 3 weeks before the requested date of delivery.
While we take every care to ensure that you receive your correct order, occasionally errors do occur. White Cherry Invitations recommend that you check your order immediately upon receipt. If an error has occurred please advise us via email within 7 days and we will rectify the shortage or error if it is different to the artwork that was approved by you. After this period White Cherry Invitations takes no responsibility for any errors reported. To reprint any items due to errors not made by White Cherry Invitations, the cost to replace it will be at the same unit price you were quoted, plus applicable postage fee’s.
Material Colours, Differences & Availability
Invitations & stationery produced by White Cherry Invitations are printed using digital ink and are individually printed, cut, scored and assembled by us. White Cherry Invitations will aim to maintain consistency however natural variation will occur.
Colours may also vary between the computer screen and the actual product. In addition shade variations occasionally occur in different card, paper and material batches. We recommend that you order all of your required items at the same time to ensure no batch colour variations occur. Handmade papers vary slightly from sheet to sheet; this is part of their charm and is not a product fault.
White Cherry Invitations offers all material as available in good faith however occasionally shortages and discontinuations occur without our prior understanding. We will email you immediately if this occurs and will advise amended time frames or suggest a similar item where applicable.
If you receive your stationery items and the artwork is significantly different from your final digital artwork proof, we will accept responsibility and a replacement will be sent at no charge. Please note that the colours of paper & cardstock, including envelopes, is as per the items outlined within this quote.
Printing on Textured Papers
Please note that when printing directly onto textured or recycled paper or card stock, due to the uneven surface found within textured stock there may be slight ink imperfections on the finished product.
Condition of Sale
It is a condition of sale, that White Cherry Invitations’ details are discretely displayed on the back of all invitations made
White Cherry Invitations reserves the right to use images of your stationery for marketing purposes. This includes use on social media, all advertising (print, online and elsewhere). Please note that all personal contact details will be blurred and the location of your wedding is blurred if shared online before your wedding date.
Postage & Handling
For all postage, both internationally and within Australia, we use Australia Post and provide a tracking number to you (when applicable). Shipping/postage prices are as per the calculated prices via the website or as per your quote.
While every care is taken at White Cherry Invitations to ensure that your order is received in good condition we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred during transit or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
White Cherry Invitations is also not responsible for any import taxes or duty payable to government authorities.
We recommend that when ordering you allow extra time for completion and dispatch to take into account any unforeseen delays.
Please note that sending invitations is bulky and they need to be packaged in a large A4 box in most cases.
White Cherry Invitations guards your private details, including guest details diligently. Under no circumstances will White Cherry Invitations engage in discussions verbally or otherwise with persons other than our client/s (you/your finance).
Clients must advise us in writing if they wish to relax this policy in any way.
If other family members or persons are copied into email communication from you to White Cherry Invitations, then all emails will be responded via reply all.
Due to the nature of being a custom, service based business, unfortunately refunds are not available.
Once your order is received, the paper & card materials are immediately ordered from our carefully selected suppliers, and preparations for all artwork design and scheduling of production commences.
Please note all artwork is approved by you before printing commences. If you approve a mistake, please note we cannot take responsibility for this and replacement invitations or stationery items can be replaced at the same price as your initial order.
No refunds will be given for change of mind, reduction in the quantity ordered or in the event of a cancelled event.
Postage and handling are not refundable.
Postponed events due to COVID-19 outbreak restrictions
Any weddings that are postponed due to COVID-19, the affected stationery order will be paused until the new wedding date is selected. Please note any reduction in the quantity of items originally ordered will not be credited as all materials for the original order would have been already secured.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
