Minimum of 20 invitations per design, per order.
If a quantity of 1-19 is ordered, then a $80 ($AUD) design fee will be invoiced before artwork commences.

Material: 300gsm matte card stock in the colour of your choice
Clip: In gold, silver or rose gold
Printing: Black digital ink on light card stock and white digital ink on dark card stock
Main envelope: 130mm x 190mm matte envelope in the colour of your choice
Guest Personalising: FREE guest name printing on each invitation & FREE guest name & address printing on each envelope
Wording: White Cherry Invitations will generate your wording once we receive your submitted wording form (link to form here)

Belly Band (optional at an additional cost): This is made of 120gsm matte paper in the colour of your choice.

INSERT CARD OPTIONS

Optional insert cards are available to add to your invitation at an additional cost such as:

RSVP card

The RSVP card is how your guests confirm whether they'll be attending your wedding. Before deciding if you need one, consider how you'd like to collect your RSVPs as there are a few ways this card can work:

Returned by post - Guests complete the card and mail it back. Pair it with a self-addressed reply envelope to make this easy for them.
Photo by email or text - Guests fill in the card, take a photo and send it back. No envelope needed.
QR code - The card displays your RSVP deadline and a QR code linking to your wedding website or online RSVP form. Your QR code is generated from the URL you submit at no extra cost.

Details card

The details card is an optional card for any additional information your guests need for your wedding day. Common inclusions are ceremony and reception directions, transport and parking details, accommodation recommendations, pre- and post-wedding events, if you need to communicate a child free wedding, or your wedding website.

It's also a great place to include a paragraph explaining your RSVP instructions such as an email address, mobile number, or a QR code to your wedding website. Wishing well wording or gift preferences can be added here too if you prefer not to order a separate wishing well card.

Wishing Well / A Note on Gifts card

The wishing well or A Note on Gifts card is a way to politely let your guests know that you would prefer money instead of a present for your wedding gift. The wording or wishing well poem for this card is advised by you when submitting your wording details.

HOW TO ORDER!

1. ADD TO CART: Choose your invitation card shape, colours and any insert cards you might need such as RSVP card, Wishing Well card, or a Details card and add the total quantity of invitations you need to your cart.

How many do you need? Once you have finalised your wedding guest list, review how many invitations you will require. You will only need to order one invitation per couple, family or household - not one per person.

NOTE: Wording details ARE NOT REQUIRED when ordering. See wording submission below.

2. CHECKOUT: Check your shipping details and process payment to confirm your order. Free shipping is available or upgrade to express shipping for $15.00 Australia Wide.

3. WORDING SUBMISSION: You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order and also containing the wording link you will need to complete. (See the link here too)

4. ARTWORK REVIEW: Within 3-5 business days, White Cherry Invitations will create your digital artwork for your invitation suite which will be emailed to you for your review and approval.

5. GUEST LIST FINALISED: Whilst the artwork is being drafted, please complete your guest list via this guest list template and email it to White Cherry Invitations (hello@whitecherryinvitations.com.au) when you provide the final approval of your digital wording artwork.

6. PRODUCTION: Once your artwork has been approved and the guest list has been received, allow 2-3 weeks for your stationery to be made.

7. SHIPPING: When your order is finished, you will receive a shipping notification including a tracking number advising that your goods are on their way.

IMPORTANT TO PLEASE KNOW that you can order your items of stationery now and submit all of the wording at a later date if that suits you.

Nothing will be made or printed upon the initial receipt of your order. Email communication and approval of all artwork will take place between you and White Cherry Invitations first.
